Not all the runner are RUN !

My company has 3 stores in town, some of which carry specific selections or sizes. One of the stores is an indoor department store with additional choices and coupons.

We often switch for customers and change out those that didn't purchase or aren't likely to be sold. If the size is already out of stock, our merchandiser assistant makes the selection, and we occasionally inquire about the sizes the customer wants. Before we contact the customer, we check with the other store and see whether the item is available, if it's been reserved, or if it's damaged.

The reason we agree to do some item transfers is that it is more convenient for the customer to purchase in the store that is closest to them. Of course, we don't want to lose any customers, but any transfer stock must adhere to our runner schedule! We can't instruct them to deliver the item at a particular time for the customer because our runner was not always available. They have other things to do, and they have a lot of places to deliver to.

So.. please do remember not all runners are RUN!
