Same item brand but different country purchased, possible to do an exchange ?

 Not all stores using the same brand is under the same company, it's a franchise under different term and regulation. If you bought that item from another country and expect to change here, unfortunately, it seems possible to do so . As a franchise for example, if you go to Mc D Japan, the menu is different from local, it follows the research for that particular local market. Especially if that item you purchase online 

The reason it's not able to do so is that it's not written in the contract between these two parties. If we do so based on terms as a loyal customer of the brand, it's against the law and our company will receive a sue letter.

We are not sure if other brands are able to do so but not in my country. If to do repairing also still, depending on what kind of item as not every service we do provide if that not under our specialties. 

So please don't be mad at us, we do appreciate our customers. We do whatever it takes to make you happy with us however, sometimes it's beyond our abilities.
