Mind your children please !

Having multiple kids and being a parent can be challenging, mainly if you carry other things and have no help. The majority of my customer stop by our shop to buy groceries or to relax after picking up their kids from school.

One of our regular customers just finished her grocery shopping and dropped by our shop to put on the dress she had chosen. With three children, who are between the ages of 7 and 9, she appears to be a bit of a handful with hyper children. Another customer is trying in the adjacent fitting room at the same time.

When my colleague and I were busy managing the display room, we suddenly heard a woman shouting. We rush to find out what happened, and when we do, we notice the woman pointing a finger at one of our regular customers. Our usual customer repeatedly apologizes and casts a threatening expression at her children. One of the youngsters pushed the door open while the customer was trying to use it, as we later discovered.

Another accident involves hyper children and the mother, this customer dropped by our shop with her 2 children. We unexpectedly heard a boy crying out loud as the mother was busy looking at our most recent collection. I assume the woman returned the dress to the shelf after hearing her son's voice and rushing to the fitting room. However, the child is locked inside the malfunctioning fitting room due to a lock issue. Thank God, my colleagues are knowledgeable about how to manage the situation. She finally succeeded in getting the boy outside.

Well, to my valued customers, especially mom, you have my highest respect because I know it's not simple to deal with the kids. Children under the age of 12 still enjoy learning and exploring everything that comes their way, of course. Thank you, amazing mom! However, to prevent such an occurrence, we advise you to hire a helper.
